1) Bug fix for "Ensure Artist tags with prefixed and suffixed spaces are mapped to a single artist entry in the Artist browser"
2) Artist tags are also checked for ignored case equality and "The" prefixes. This can be turned off with a new Settings option "Use Raw Artist Names"
